The District is pleased to present the 2022 Annual Report of the District. The past year marked the 76th year of District operations since its formation in 1946. The report represents the effort staff made in carrying out the District’s mission of prevention, surveillance, and control of mosquitoes and mosquito-borne diseases.
The District, its Board, and its personnel have endeavored to protect residents in the County of Fresno through an Integrated Mosquito Management (IMM) program. It is a team effort that relies on our dedicated staff and participation from our community and agency partners. The District will continue to be proactive, accountable, efficient, and effective in achieving its mission.

Consolidated Mosquito Abatement District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Consolidated Mosquito Abatement District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
